How does shipping work? When will I get my order?

I have the orders picked up and dropped off at the post office once a week! We do not offer faster shipping options to avoid stress on our team, thank you for understanding!

What countries do you ship to?

As of currently only the US and CANADA due to high shipping fees, but can add more options in the future (just feel bad having people pay high fees simply for shipping)

How do I contact the team if I require support?

Please send an e-mail to pokeyvonnie@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, and allow for time for response.

Do you have other product?

I only have what is on the website for rip and ships! I would love to provide more options, but I don't have access to deals for english product yet, and do not want to charge viewers a higher amount.
